Won't be what?

Won't be beat? What is wrong with 'beaten'?

What will we have next?
  • Please be seat. (Not seated)
  • I have already ate. (Forget eaten)
  • Let's go off the beat track.
  • He has went. (No, not 'gone')
Suggestions welcome.

Suds, there's a very good reason:

Won't Be Beat adds up to 41!

I have heard many Americans use "was went" instead of "was gone". It grates on the ears. Apparently, in Americanese it is acceptable. After all, Americanese is not English. :D
