Dye-hard youngsters

A long-pending doubt re-surfaced after reading the cover story on anti-aging in the Sunday edition of the New Indian Express. If I see a senior person who has had a lot of 'touch-up' done to look younger (and ergo, feel younger), should I or should I not vacate my seat for this person if I see him/her standing out of deference to his/her age?

My values would (rather, should) prompt me to get up and offer the seat to the senior. But will that act offend that person who is trying to look and feel young?

Or, should I simply get up when the person is looking and see if he/she takes the seat and feel like an idiot when a much younger person takes it?
